As required by State Law, the City Council is required to prepare for annexation of all Urban Growth Areas (UGAs). In addition to law, the City Council has also determine that Annexations are key to the success of the City of Bremerton growth. The following is the analysis that the City Council has considered for the fiscal impacts of annexation.
