About the Memorial

The Kitsap 9/11 Memorial Project is dedicated to the men, women, and children who lost their lives. These brave individuals gave their lives and are heroes who responded to the emergency on September 11, 2001. Touch 5,000 pounds of steel pulled from New York's World Trade Center, feel limestone taken from the damaged Pentagon, and read stories of the 4 destroyed airlines.
