The Kitsap County-City of Bremerton HOME Consortium has received $2,653,349 of HOME-ARP funds from the US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to address the need for housing and supportive services for families who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or in other vulnerable populations. Kitsap County has prepared a HOME-ARP Allocation Plan and has opened a 15-day public comment period.
