The fountains at Harborside Fountain Park are down for maintenance and repair until further notice. The work being done includes reconstructing the filtration and control systems and upgrading the plumbing. The Memorial Plaza and Kitsap Conference Center fountains are both running at this time, however wading is not permitted in either.
