NOTICE OF DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING
ACTIONS: Conceptual Design Review Board Meeting for the construction of a three-story, 33 unit apartment building at 811 – 819 Warren Avenue. (BP20 00083). PUBLIC MEETING DATE/TIME: December 16th, 2020 at 5:30 PM. LOCATION: In compliance with Governor Inslee’s “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” recommendations, this meeting will likely be held online only. LOCATION: Zoom.us/join, Webinar ID: 859 3754 3809 Password: 007387. If a physical location is required by the Open Public Meetings Act, and you are interested in attending at a physical location, please contact staff for more information. A Building Permit will also be required. The City of Bremerton has received an application for the proposal described above. Consistent with the provisions of the Bremerton Municipal Code, a 14 day comment period will be utilized to obtain comments on the application. Any person may submit written comments on the application by the time and date above, and may also attend the meeting. Any person may also view the project application, request to receive a copy of the decision once made.
