Update on Kitsap Lake Park Renovation Project

We are excited to let you know that most of phase 1 of the Kitsap Lake Park renovation project is complete! Progress is to a point where we can safely reopen the park for users to access the boat launch, fishing pier, restrooms, parking lot, and outdoor shower. We will continue to have other areas within the park blocked off as we work on the installation of irrigation and landscaping, which may last until early summer or when landscaping is established. We thank you for your patience throughout this process and for keeping the fenced off areas intact and protected.

We also have great news to share about phase 2 of the project! The state approved funding in their budget for a playground and additional amenities. Stay tuned for more information and to provide your input as part of the design process!
