Riddell Road LLC. proposes a 73 lot subdivision adjacent to Riddell Road (Tax ID # 022401-1-062-2008, 022401-1-064-2006, 022401-1-042-2003, 022401-1-039-2008, 022401-1-079-2009, 022401-1-024-2005, & 022401-1-002-2001). This subdivision of approx.. 20 acres is for 69 single family lots, and 4 multifamily/commercial lots, private road and open space tracts (File #BP18 00103). A Mitigated Determination of Nonsignificance (MDNS) is expected to be issued and the optional DNS process, pursuant to WAC 197-11-355, is being used.
