Design Review Board Meeting  BP19 00092  CITY OF BREMERTON NOTICE OF DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING: PROPOSAL: Conceptual Conference (File # BP19 00092) for a mixed-use structure with 110 residential units at 525 Washington Avenue (parcel #’s 3718-005-025-0007, 3718-005-022-0000, & 3718-005-020-0002). Proposal includes constructing retail areas, 78 parking spaces, grading 400 cubic yards, and landscaping. PUBLIC MEETING DATE/TIME: November 25th, 2019 at 5:35 PM. LOCATION: Council Chambers of the Norm Dicks Government Center, 345 6th Street, Bremerton, WA. 98337. A Building Permit will also be required. The City of Bremerton has received an application for the proposal described above. Application  BP19 00088 CITY OF BREMERTON NOTICE OF APPLICATION PROPOSAL: Conditional Use Permit to establish a K-8 public charter school in an existing 25,000 square foot building, located at 1305 Ironsides Avenue (parcel # 3975-000-027-0004). Plans include interior remodel of the existing structure with no expansion of the building (File #BP19 00088). Building Permits will also be required. Shoreline Application and SEPA Determination  BP17 00005  CITY OF BREMERTON DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT NOTICE OF SHORELINE APPLICATION AND SEPA DETERMINATION iCAP Campbell Way, LLC has submitted application for Shoreline Substantial Development Permit, Shoreline Conditional Use Permit, and SEPA to construct a 30-unit multifamily structure on a .55-acre property, with parking underneath and public access viewing area, at 1231 Campbell Way. Site work will include approx. 900 cubic yards of excavation, stormwater control facilities, and landscaping. (File #BP17 00005). Site Development and Building Permits will also be required. DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: November 28, 2019 by 5:00 P.M. The City of Bremerton has received an application for the proposal described above. Consistent with the provisions of the Shoreline Master Program, a 30 day comment period will be utilized to obtain comments on the Notice of Application and anticipated SEPA determination.
