The Bremerton Fire Department offers CPR. The classes are held the 3rd Wednesday of every other month in January, March, May, September, and November (no summers), from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at Fire Station #1 (911 Park Avenue) in downtown Bremerton. The fee is $10 per person.
Preregistration is required as class size is limited to only 8 people. Group classes require a fee and can be arranged through the Medical Officer. American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR cards are issued upon successful completion of the class. This card is valid for 2 years from the date of issue. The training covers CPR for adults and children over 8 years of age. This class does not include First Aid or Infant CPR.

Learn CPR is a free public service supported by the University of Washington School of Medicine. It facilitates learning the basics of CPR and includes free mobile training applications for the iPhone and Android phones. The site will be updated soon to include the new American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines.
