Report a Problem or Concern to the City

Bremerton1 is our Customer Response Program and is your first stop for City Services! Public Works and Utilities has full-time staff dedicated to investigating and responding to reported concerns – if you have non-emergency concerns you believe the City should address, we encourage you to report them to Bremerton1. Examples of the types of concerns to report are graffiti on public property, damaged street signs, illegal dumping in your neighborhood, or a pothole that needs to be fixed. The Permit Center (located at 345 6th Street, Suite 600, Bremerton, WA, 98337) will have counter hours from 9 AM to Noon, Monday through Friday, or by appointment. 

Public Works & Utilities offices are closed to the public, available by appointment. Staff is available by phone or email, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. View the Staff Directory.
