Project Overview

Project goals include the following:

  • Mitigate infrequent stormwater flooding on Cascade Trail by construction of new stormwater conveyance pipe and catch basins. Pavement will be resurfaced as part of the improvements.

Project Status (October 7, 2024)

The project is currently in final design. Construction is planned for spring/summer 2025 using Public Works crews.

Funding

Project design and construction will be funded by the stormwater utility and street funds.   

Schedule

  • Design complete – October 2024
  • Construction initiated – Spring 2025
  • Construction complete – Early Summer 2025
