Randy Plumb


Lieutenant Randy Plumb has over 22 years of law enforcement experience. He began his law enforcement career with the City of Port Orchard in 1994. In 1999, Randy joined the Bremerton Police Department.  

Randy served as a patrol officer for 3 years and a narcotics detective, with the Bremerton Police Department’s Special Operations Group, for 5 years.  

In 2006, Randy was promoted to the rank of Sergeant and was assigned as the Special Operations Group unit supervisor for 8 years. In 2014, Randy was assigned to the patrol division as a patrol shift Sergeant, working the 2nd watch.
      
In July of 2016, Randy was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and was assigned to the Support Services Division of the police department. In that capacity, Randy oversees the non-uniformed services to include:  General Investigations Division, Special Operations Group, Warrants, Records, Property and Evidence, and Community Resources.  

Randy has an associate’s degree from Olympic College.
