I am the property owner of the above listed service address. I request that the water service be reactivated/reinstalled at this time. I understand that the consumption charges and flat fees for water and sewer will begin to be billed on the day that the meter is reactivated.
Per Washington State Legislation (ESHB 1329), water services will be turned on due to the Heat Advisory. Once the advisory is lifted, you will have 48 hours to pay account current or sign a Promissory Agreement to keep water services on. If payment or completed documents are not received within 48 hours of the Heat Advisory being lifted, water will be disconnected without further notice.
For the reactivation, a customer of 18 years or older must be on site.
