You are invited to Share Your Comments on Proposed Changes to Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs)

The City Council will conduct a virtual public hearing on December 16, 2020 at 5:30 PM to discuss amending the Bremerton Municipal Code 20.46.010, regarding ADUs. There are numerous proposed changes to removing owner-occupancy requirements, considering how many ADUs shall be allowed, modifying how much off-street parking will be required, and other edits to maximum size, design criteria, and allowing more existing buildings to be converted to ADUs.
